Returns Policy

There are returns/refund policies relating to the following:

Fresh Produce, Wholefoods Products, and/or Specialty Items from The Organic Butler.


We do not offer refunds/returns or credits for a change of mind purchase.

-please read whichever ones are applicable-

Fresh Produce
Credits will be issued against the members account in the following circumstances:

  • When an item is not available – they have a choice to select a credit or a substitute at check out.
  • When an item is found to be damaged or rotten on arrival – a photo must be submitted directly to within the same day post delivery. 

Wholefoods Products and Specialty Items 

We will replace or refund once the item is returned in complete, unused and original packaging for a full refund.

Kitchen Appliances/Tools
If your item is found dead on arrival – please email for a full refund or have a replacement product sent to you.
